Tender description
NIBRT are looking to engage a contractor to supply, deliver, install, test and commission a new chiller for the nibrt facility including all mechanical and electrical works associated with the decommissioning and removal from the roof of the existing chiller. This project is to be completed outside of the usual cooling period ideally Q1 2021. The Chilled Water Generation at nibrt is used to feed chilled water to the distribution system which supplies process plant and HVAC systems within the building. The chiller CH-020-001 is located on the roof of the building (appendix 1) The two fixed speed primary pumps operate in duty/standby mode.
