Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 200 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO's, local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, blue light services, government agencies and charities. EEM have also established a formal collaboration with three like-minded procurement consortia — Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West. The membership of these three consortia may be obtained from the following website addresses: — www.westworks.org.uk — www.southeastconsortium.org.uk — https://www.advantagesouthwest.co.uk EEM wishes to procure and enter into framework agreements with multiple contractors, each of which will provide services covering all areas related to digital aerial systems and any additional relatable services, to support members in maintaining property stock standards. Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to renew and combine their frameworks; EMC0015 supply of windows and doors and EEM0014 installation of windows and doors, into an all encompassing framework for the provision of supply and installation of windows and doors. The scope of the EEM0073 framework with be separated into two different lots, this will be as follows: • Lot 1: Supply of Windows and Doors; • Lot 2: Supply and Installation of Windows and Doors. Lot 1 will enable EEM Membership to enter into contract with suppliers who will be able to supply and deliver windows and doors; deliveries can be either; directly to site/properties, into an elected third party distributor(s), or into a managed store. It is likely we will further split the core lots into geographical sublots. The framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (‘EEM’) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users. Further details regarding authorised users of this framework can be found in the ITT documents when they are released.
