Tender description

This contract is for the provision of a youth justice case management IT System for use within the County Durham Youth Justice Service which provides functionality for the end to end process of the youth justice service. This contract is for the youth justice case management IT System and will be let in the first instance on an initial 5-year contract with an option to extend for a further 3 years and then an option to extend for a further 2 years (to a maximum length of 10 years). The estimated value of the contract in this OJEU notice has taken into account the potential length of the contract. Any extensions will be subject to budget availability within the Council. Therefore the GBP 300 000 is not the budget available for the youth justice case management IT System for it's initial contract term.
