Tender description
Contract award of residential care home in Westminster City Council to provide continuity of services for service users who are predominantly older people with physical, and/or mental health needs. The services also provide support those with physical and cognitive needs including dementia to enable each service user to maximise their independence and control of their own lives in a residential care home setting. Direct award of contract due to existing contract ending on 16 March 2020. There was insufficient time in which to carry out a procurement from the date the Council knew that the contract was ending to the date it came to an end.
