Contract award of 60 Penfold Street, an extra care housing care and support service in Westminster City Council. To deliver care and support services within extra care housing to older people who require 24-hour care and support because of their physical, learning or mental ill-health or disability while living in their self-contained home with their own front door and tenancy, and a legal right to occupy the property. An OJEU Open process was utilised for this procurement.
