Single-party Framework for the Provision of Maintenance and Backlog management (BAU changes) for Digital Web services

Tender description

An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of inter alia, Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU changes)(Business as Usual) with 1 supplier for Lot 1 Primary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) and Lot 2 Secondary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes) a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Suppliers can submit for both lots; however, it must be noted that no one supplier will be awarded both lots but will be contractually obliged to work together if required. An Post Group require the provision of Maintenance / Backlog Management (BAU Changes, Business as Usual) services including, but not limited to: • Ongoing delivery of changes to An Post.com to support campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, compliance requirements, service updates etc. • Ongoing maintenance including bug-fixes, updates, security patching, API updates etc. • Backlog management including prioritisation, testing, release etc. • Small Change management including planning, budgeting, development of new functionality, features and components as well as deployment and testing.
