Construction of 23 number residential dwelling units to comprise of the following: * 14 no. type A two storey semi-detached 3 bedroom houses. * 1 no. Type B single storey detached special needs 3 bedroom house. * 2 no. type C single storey detached 3 bedroom houses * 2 no. type D single storey semi-detached 2 bedroom house. * 2 no. type D & C single storey semi-detached 2 & 3 bedroom houses. * 2 no. type C & A semi-detached 3 bedroom single storey & 3 bedroom two storey. The development is an infill one utilising greenfield lands. There is an existing public road network in the immediate vicinity of the site. All permanent and temporary works in connection with the construction of the 23 no. social housing units (as described in the Form of Tender), including proposed site works, drains, sewers, connections, paving, walls, fences etc. as per contract documents.
