Request for Tenders for the supply, delivery and installation & removal and reinstallation of some equipment of Applied Technology/Technology Room Equ

Proposals from Tenderers are being sought to supply and deliver sustainable (where possible) Technology Room Equipment to Galway Educate Together Secondary School. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider for this lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for as provided. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. The School requires a high quality, flexible and responsive service evolving towards green sustainable options, for the draw-down of the goods over an extended period with agreed timelines for delivery of goods with the successful tenderer(s). Galway ETSS is a new school which opened in August 2019. We are currently in temporary accommodation in Grianach House, Murrough in Galway. This is our first Technology room, and it is a prefab structure which is due to arrive on site late December 2020/early January 2021. This arrival date may be subject to delay because of Covid 19 restrictions however, work has now commenced. All equipment in the Lot should be in place by January 8th, 2021 (provisional date which is subject to change or delays due to Covid 19 restrictions and progress of installation of prefabs).
