Tender description
This RFI is a general market enquiry to identify potential suppliers of a Service Support Management (ITSSM) toolset solution providing a replaced and extended service with the aim of adding modern on-demand cloud services ensuring they are efficient and highly available. We are seeking to understand the market offering and in particular, the financial investment required to implement an ITSSM toolset, to inform our Business Case and subsequent tender specification.
