Regulation 44 Visitors for Worcestershire Children First Children's Residential Homes and Short Break Provisions

Tender description

This tender is to identify a preferred supplier to meet the company's requirements for the provision of Regulation 44 Visitors. In accordance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Part 6 - Monitoring and Reviewing Childrens Homes, Section 43, the registered provider must appoint, at the registered provider's expense, a person ("the independent person") to visit and report on the children's home carried on by the registered provider. Worcestershire Children First currently has 6 children's homes which require monthly independent visits. The number of homes may increase / decrease over the life of the contract and the company requires flexibility to this contract to accommodate this.
