Tender description

North Ayrshire Council requires to implement a new framework agreement for the provision of print services within North Ayrshire. The framework will cover the supply of all printed materials for the following seven lots: Lot 1: General Printed Materials, Lot 2: Booklets, Brochures and Duplicate Books, Lot 3: Committee Agendas, Lot 4: Election Prints, Lot 5: Housing Prints, Lot 6: Display Banners, Lot 7: Corporate Stationery. The duration of the framework agreement will be for 4 years. North Ayrshire Council requires a supplier to provide the following products under lot 3: External printing of Council Committee Agendas. North Ayrshire Council requires a sole supplier to provide the following materials for elections under lot 4: — ballot papers, — book of forms, — ID badges (including lanyards), — labels, — passes, — posters (for signage and voters guidance). North Ayrshire Council requires a sole supplier to provide the following products under lot 5: — sign-up pack, — suspension leaflets, — tenancy agreements, — application for accessible housing books, — application for housing forms, — allocation policy summary booklets, — housing application guides, — sign-up pack cardboard folders, — application for assessment guides, — housing services rent first arrears paper. North Ayrshire Council requires suppliers to provide the following products under lot 6: — roller banners, — outdoor PVC banners, — A0 posters, — A1 prints on 10 mm foamex, — A0 prints on 10 mm foamex. North Ayrshire Council requires a sole supplier to provide the following products under lot 7: — business cards, — compliments slips, — letterhead paper. North Ayrshire Council requires suppliers to provide the following products under lot 1: — flyers, — leaflets, — postcards, — posters, — pre-paid envelopes, — stickers.
