Tender description

The scope of the contract is for the refurbishment and qualification of a GMP suite within Newcastle University. A summary of the requirements are:Functional Design Specification; Reconstitution of the cleanroom following installation of Comecer Hotcells and Dispenser; Upgrading of existing spaces to classified status; Installation of new primary change room and GMP Store room; Refurbishment of unpacking and quarantine room; Refurbishment of Collation room; Assume responsibility for engaging and managing sub-contractors to coordinate and manage trades on site and to ensure quality which will lead to GMP qualification (as agreed via post tender clarification) and Qualification of the AHU and GMP suite following renovation works.
