Tender description
Essex County Council is seeking to provide a discharge-from-hospital bridging service in North East Essex for up to 12 adults at any one time. This will support adults who are medically optimised leave hospital promptly whilst waiting for an Intermediate Care service to commence. The Service will last a period of 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 months at the Authorities discretion following a successful tender process.
