Multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineering Services to deliver stage (i) to(iii) inclusive of Public Lighting Energy Efficiency Project - Eastern Region.

Tender description

The Consultant is required to provide any and all multi-disciplinary consulting engineering and design acceptance services for Phase 1, necessary to deliver the Project from preliminary Stage (i) of the CWMF through the Tender Process and the appointment of a Contractor (stages (ii) and (iii)). These responsibilities include, inter alia: The Consultant shall execute stages (i) (ii) and (iii) in compliance with the appropriate professional standards and international best practice and in accordance with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) The Consultant shall design, implement, manage and maintain a formal project management system specifically for the Project. The system shall be audited and the associated reports submitted for review to the client. The management system shall be documented in the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
