Tender description

Design, build, installation, supply, commissioning and training of a multi motor generator dynamometer test stand, to test and characterise other rotating machines in the research field of electrified propulsion. Design and build, installation, commissioning and training on use of a 500 KW 25 000 rpm motor generator dynamometer test stand to test and characterise other rotating machines in the research field of electrified propulsion. This test stand is aimed for flexibility to enable a wide range of motor tests. The test stand will consist of 5 No test beds, which allow enough space to house the machines as requested in this tender and a single or multiple machines under test. They shall have a considered machine mounting system to allow flexibility in mounting test articles e.g. locating slots to allow coupling and alignment on different shafts and be machined and finished to a high tolerance to ensure accuracy in motor levelling. They will also allow for flange and foot mounted machines under test.
