Care at Home, Areas 9 and 10 (sometimes referred to as domiciliary or home-care) this contract will be for a period of 2 years and 4.5 months (26.5 months) from the 18 May 2020 until 30 September 2022, with an additional 2 x 12 months optional extension periods. up to a maximum contract period of 4 years and 4.5 months. This lot is for adults living in their own home or within an extra care setting. Providers must be able to meet the needs of adults aged 18+ who have mental health, learning disability, physical disability and/or sensory loss.
