Tender description

On 1 April 2014 the contracting authority established a 16 lot framework (Framework) for NHS Wales Health Boards re: provision of mental health and learning disabilities services. The tender process establishing the Framework provides for periodic 'refreshes'. The contracting authority is now refreshing the Framework to: 1) invite potential providers to tender for appointment onto the Framework; and 2) allow existing Framework providers to vary their service offering by revising their prices/adding new units. The Framework duration is 1 year from 1 April 2021. Current Framework providers are not required to respond to this notice. A pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) provides more detail.
