Tender description
<p>The courts have IT systems that support criminal justice however the majority of the processes are supported by individual systems (i.e. departmental) and integration between them is minimal. Consequently, Jersey’s court service is still highly paper-based. This project therefore aims to improve access to justice by implementing a new case management system making it easier for litigants to be able to initiate, or respond to, an action in the courts and to be able to navigate the end-to-end process of their case.
