Framework Agreement for: Reactive Repairs and Maintenance for Roofing Works

Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint three (3) proficient Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement. The framework will cover reactive repairs and maintenance works in relation to roofing works. The roofing works will be carried out on a range of buildings across the district including but not limited to schools, libraries, children’s centres, civic buildings, sport & leisure facilities and occasionally domestic properties. For this Framework Agreement, the Council have chosen to obtain support from Constructionline - a Procurement and Supply Chain Management Scheme that collects, assesses and monitors standard company information - for the annual monitoring of the successful Contractors Insurances, Financial Viability and SSIP Health & Safety accreditation(s). As a result of this, appointment onto this framework will be dependant upon the successful Contractors either already being a member of Constructionline or to be able to provide evidence of application to Constructionline to enable membership to be in place before the first call off contract is awarded Keywords: Reactive Repairs , Roof Maintenance, Roof
