Tender description
Supporting Welsh Government's 'Stay Safe, Safe Learning’ campaign and specifically assisting digitally excluded learners across Wales, which has been exasperated by the COVID-19 outbreak. Lot 1: Supporting Welsh Government's 'Stay Safe, Safe Learning’ campaign and specifically assisting digitally excluded learners across Wales, which has been exasperated by the COVID-19 outbreak. Caerphilly CBC in conjunction with Welsh Government led on a procurement to establish cost effective arrangements with mobile data carriers to allow connectivity via Mifi devices and data access via associated tariffs for those digitally excluded leaners as identified by each local authority. In addition purchase software licences in order to turn slow, aging legacy hardware into fast, secure Chrome devices and immediately pass on to those learners.
