<p>The proposed works are to design and construct new homes on 2 sites at Saxon Gardens which includes the following: • Saxon Gardens Site A – Garage Site: 2 no 4 Bed homes (postcode or GPS details?) • Saxon .Gardens Site B – Railway Site : 2 no 2 Bed homes (postcode or GPS details?) • Communal facilities including a lounge, dining area and kitchen for residents • Communal visitor WC • Bicycle Storage • Bin Storage collection points and storage • Parking to Planning requirements • Any Wheelchair requirement in line with planning requirements. • Landscaping to planning requirements The proposals are to use MMC and this should form the basis of the contractor’s proposals. • Access roads: including any S278 requirements. • Utility connections, and • Boundary Enclosure and fencing including a fence between the allotments and Site b with new access gate to the allotments.
