Tender description

To undertake an end-to-end review of its Childrens Social Care and Early Help Service. A diagnostic of Early Help and Childrens Social Care Services to consider opportunities that address budget pressures and future growth projections followed by an Implementation Programme (approx. 12-15 months), to design new ways of working and embed them within the organisation. Leicestershire County Council require a partner to: • identify and help the Authority to deliver a culture of continuous improved service delivery in the department. • identify and help deliver improvements that allow future financial growth to be kept at a sustainable level • Propose improvements across the full range of activity, including preventative interventions, demand reduction activity, staff working practices, cost of external service provision Keywords: Childrens, defining, future
