Tender description

Clanmil Housing on behalf of Craigowen Housing Association wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to provide Loft Conversion & Refurbishment works at St Bronagh, Kilkeel. For the avoidance of doubt the premises will be vacated for the duration of the project. All Works will be in strict accordance with the current Health and Safety regulations. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and the Contract. Clanmil Housing representatives will be providing support and representation to Craigowen in conjunction with the appointed professional consultants Nigel Lynch Associates.
