<p>This contract is for the provision of a Youth Justice Case Management IT System for use within the County Durham Youth Justice Service which provides functionality for the end to end process of the Youth Justice Service This contract will be let in the first instance on a initial 5 year contract with the option for a further 3 years and then a further option for 2 years (to a maximum length of 10 years). The estimated value of the contract has taken into account the potential length of the contract. Any extensions will be subject to budget availability within the Council. Therefore the &pound;300, 000.00 is not the budget available for the initial contract term.
