Tender description

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice and is intended to provide notice of Connected Places Catapult's intention to have a 3-year collaboration agreement with The Business of Cities Ltd. The Business of Cities owns the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for Cities (and potentially Place) Typologies and it undertakes City Typologies analysis and reporting. The Business of Cities Ltd will perform a number of engagements involving research, development and innovation as it owns the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for Cities (and potentially Place) Typologies. The Business of Cities Ltd will provide urban intelligence to help global cities and businesses to work together, find and learn from each other, and adopt strategies and tools to achieve their goals. The Catapult and The Business of Cities Ltd have agreed to work together to pursue the common goal involving research, development and innovation in the field of global urban innovation analysis, cities prioritization and local ecosystem identification.
