Tender description
Cefas requires the successful Tenderer to develop and organise competitions to help raise awareness about marine litter. Aimed at young and adult photographers, video-makers and bloggers the event will be an opportunity to showcase the impact of marine litter and ideas on how to tackle this issue in Sri Lanka. The competitions are required to provide a platform to showcase artistic outputs and views on this subject, with the main objective being to raise awareness on what can be done to combat the issues caused by marine litter by challenging Sri Lanka population to present images and ideas that can inspire behaviour changes. Entries should show the impacts and effects of marine litter on humans and the environment in Sri Lanka or possible solutions and best practices (including reduction, reuse, re-design or recycling of potential marine litter items). The competitions are required to reach participants in the following categories: - Artists to produce photography and video entries divided in three ages categories: young (suggested age 6-15), young adults (suggested age 16-25) and adults (suggested age >25). - Bloggers to write pieces in English, Sinhala or Tamil. Entries should be divided in at least two ages categories (young and adults). (This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page) within your Bravo account. - Access the tender information by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box 3. 3) Responding to the tender: - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the requirements to upload a successful Tender. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) - Once all information is complete, you can then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
