Tender description
RE-RELEASED: Cefas requires the successful Tenderer to develop and organise competitions to help raise awareness about marine litter. Aimed at young and adult photographers, video-makers and bloggers the event will be an opportunity to showcase the impact of marine litter and ideas on how to tackle this issue in Sri Lanka. The competitions are required to provide a platform to showcase artistic outputs and views on this subject, with the main objective being to raise awareness on what can be done to combat the issues caused by marine litter by challenging Sri Lanka population to present images and ideas that can inspire behaviour changes. Entries should show the impacts and effects of marine litter on humans and the environment in Sri Lanka or possible solutions and best practices (including reduction, reuse, re-design or recycling of potential marine litter items).
