Tender description

Ports of Jersey are currently embarking on an upgrade to its existing Voice Communication Systems within the Air Traffic Control Centre. The new systems will be based on VoIP technology and not analogue, hence the requirement to upgrade the "record" function must be addressed for Ports of Jersey to meet its legal requirements to remain safe, open and secure.
