Architectural services for additional accommodation at Nano Nagle Special School, Listowel. Nano Nagle Special National School is a special primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Diocese of Kerry. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 3 classroom 70 m2 each, • 3 store rooms 10 m2 each, • 3 safe spaces 12 m2 each, • 3 WC ensuite 10 m2 each, • 1 multi sensory room 20 m2, • 1 assisted user WC 10.5 m2. Giving a gross floor area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls) of 430 m2. Also: • alterations to existing building as outlined in the project brief.
