Tender for architectural services to lead design team to design and deliver extension to Gorey CS. The schedule of additional accommodation consists of the following: 5/58.6 m2 general classrooms 4/15 m2 set rooms 1/118.6 m2 art room 1/118.6 m2 home economics room 1/88.6 m2 science room 1/38.5 m2 prep room 7/3.5 m2 student toilets 1/10.5 m2 universal toilet 2/3.5 m2 staff toilets 150 locker spaces. Total floor area including circulation area, internal partitions, etc 1 032 m2. Gorey CS is a large school of over 1 600 pupils built in 1990's. A number of extensions have been added over the years.
