Tender description

WWETB are inviting tenders from suitably qualified service providers who are confident that they have both the level of expertise and the capacity within their organisation to carry out a review of the existing structure and processes within WWETB HR department and to develop a plan for optimal delivery of HR services to internal and external stakeholders. This will include process reengineering across the lifecycle of the HR functions, including documentation of processes, automation of processes where appropriate, project management support, including related materials. It will also include support for organisation design and identification of team training needs and specialist knowledge gaps and will provide support in new ways of working and a collegial environment across individual HR sub-teams.
