The purpose of this Approved provider list (APL) is to support Central Bedfordshire Council, Bedford Borough Council and Luton Borough Council (the ‘Authorities’) in fulfilling their Sufficiency Duty in relation to accommodation for looked after children and to improve the overall outcomes for these children. Standard placement. Enhanced placement. Step-across from residential care. Youth Justice (including PACE [Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984] and Remand Foster Care). Parent and child.
