New junction and entrance road to Trinity Wharf, from Trinity Street to the railway level crossing, incorporating all necessary underground services to service the main Trinity Wharf development including trenchless installations beneath railway line. Interface with level crossing works. Street widening works on Trinity Street with side of the junction. A new turning bay on Seaview Avenue. Upgrade of the existing watermain on Trinity Street. High quality landscaping along entrance road and on Trinity Street frontage. Retailing structures along the entrance road, on Trinity Street and on Seaview Avenue.
