Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Vulnerable Childrens Services - Advocacy for Looked After Children (LAC) and Child Protection (CP) which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Independent advocacy is a process of helping children to express themselves and make changes. It empowers children to ensure their rights are respected and their views and wishes are heard at all times and ensuring that their needs are being met. The successful tenderer will provide children and young people with the support that they need to speak for themselves or will speak on their behalf, the Provider's Independent Advocates will also offer information, advice and support.
