Tender description

The Design Support Partner (DSP) framework contract is a nil value commitment agreement which will provides specialist project support Services to the Western Rail Link to Heathrow (WRLtH) project during the remainder of the development phase and throughout the design and construction phases. The Design Support Partner is required to provide specialist resources for systems integration, requirements management, tunnelling engineering and other functions. Each resource will have a grading specification and deliverables to support the project requirements. The DSP will operate on the client side with Network Rail and help to manage the interface between the main contractors and other stakeholders as required.
