For market intelligence and to help inform its procurement options the Council wants to identify potential organisations who have extensive experience of providing Tribunal Officer Services that provide additional support to Local Authority SEND Services, by responding to parental appeals against Education, Health and Care Plans. If your organisation has extensive experience in this area then please review the attached Statement of Requirements V1 and complete and return the attached Response Form V1 no later than 19th October 2020 at 10am.
