Tender description
The Department of Finance wishes to invite tenders for the provision of software (and any relevant/necessary hardware (e.g. keyboard or similar)) and other services providing access to financial markets data & business, financial and world news. The Department needs to use the functions of the software to acquire and analyse data including (as a minimum): foreign exchange rates (all major currencies and emerging markets), stock indices, sovereign bonds, summaries of current rating agency ratings, global commodity prices (USD and EUR as a minimum), daily market movements, IPO data, bond holding data, shipping data (Baltic Dry Index, ship orders), other data on an ad-hoc basis.
