Norfolk County Council is acting as agents for Eastern IFCA to procure a new sea going research/enforcement vessel. The successful builder will be expected to construct the vessel to a high quality with fixtures and fittings made from appropriate materials that will provide longevity and avoid early wear and/or corrosion.
