Tender description

A residential development comprising the design & construction of 106no affordable units spread across five blocks on the site known as Frank Towel Court, Feltham, TW14 9BL. The blocks are to be constructed to a range of heights between three and nine stories. The completed development will provide circa 10,000m2 of new living space across a mix of maisonettes, apartments and mews houses. In addition, the works include new services infrastructure and drainage, plus an extensive external works package consisting of new roads, landscaping, play and amenity spaces
