Provision of two All-Terrain Vehicles and trailers. The MCA operates All-Terrain Vehicles which enable its counter pollution responders to transport personnel and equipment to areas which would be impossible to access in standard road vehicles. These vehicles are capable of carrying and towing heavy equipment over a wide range of terrain and can operate in shallow water.
