Provision of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central) Licensing & Support

Tender description

Microsoft Dynamics NAV (“NAV”) or Business Central is a customisable enterprise resource planning (ERP) software suite. The Contracting Authority has previously procured NAV as the main platform for its financial reporting. This includes, but is not limited to, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and fixed assets. The Contracting Authority uses multiple dimensions for funding and budgeting across 9 business units and more than 200 budgets. The purpose of this RFT is to procure licensing, support/maintenance, and any optimisation/development services for this application, along with its associated application Jet Reports. The Contracting Authority hosts both applications via its own Azure account.
