Gloucestershire County Council wishes to ascertain market interest in providing a service for the supply of free Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) in the county from 1st April 2021. The service must be: - provided in fixed community based (i.e. non clinical) settings located within Gloucestershire; - available county-wide; - available on a walk in basis (i.e. no prior appointment required); - available without a prescription for EHC medication; (in accordance with the rules governing the supply and administration of medicines Human Medicines Regulations 2012); - available ‘on demand’ between 9am and 5pm at least 6 days a week.
