Programme Implementer to deliver Meath Resettlement Programme

Tender description

Meath County Council is inviting Tenders from community based organisations for a Programme Implementer to support the delivery of a resettlement programme for programme refugees in County Meath. Applicant organisations must have experience in working in partnership with local service providers in the provision of services to vulnerable communities. The successful tenderer will be appointed as Programme Implementer for the Meath Refugee Resettlement Project. The main objective of this initiative is to support recently arrived refugees from Syria who will be resettled in County Meath. The group will comprise approximately 100 individuals in a mixture of family sizes and a number of single people arriving in phases over and 12 month period between December 2020 and May 2022. The refugees are coming from United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) camps in Lebanon, having been forced to flee their homes in Syria as a result of conflict.
