Tender description

The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) has a requirement to move the historic boats Coastal Motor Boat (CMB) 331 and Motor Torpedo Boat (MTB) 71, presently in storage at the Fleet Air Arm Museum at RNAS Yeovilton, and to install these boats into a new exhibition space at Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower, at Gosport. THE BOATS MUST INGRESS INTO THE NEW EXHIBITION SPACE NO LATER THAN 1ST DECEMBER 2020 Details of the two boats: MTB 71 - Beam 15.25 feet (4.65 m), Length: Overall 59.50 feet (18.14 m). MTB 331, - Beam 11.60 feet (3.54 m), Length: Overall 55.00 feet (16.78 m).
