Tender description

The facilities building will provide toilets, showers and laundry services for people using the pontoons. The Trust requires the following services: design, management of contractor procurement, administration of the building contract, Principal Designer services The Trust has secured planning consent and funding for a small building to provide toilets, showers and a laundry to complement the installation of pontoon berths for visiting yachts. The Trust requires consultancy services to review and complete the design, obtain a Building Warrant, manage the tender process for a building contractor, administer the building contract, provide quality monitoring and cost management services and act as the Principal Designer.
