Invitation to Tender for the provision of Engagement and Consultation Partner for Herefordshire Council

Tender description

Herefordshire Council is looking to commission a partner to support engagement and consultation in support of a range of council activities. The work will involve specific project work to ascertain views on key issues, proposals, design etc. Thus project specific engagements have their own individual brief and scope of work. There will be a requirement to support the Council for delivery on statutory requirements where public market engagement will feed into the decision making processes. This will be in chief to aid and support the council's planning, prioritization and approach to delivering the breadth of council activities, an engagement partner is required in order to understand the opinion of the Herefordshire population. The outputs of this work will help to inform the Cabinet's decision making.
