Tender description

Supply of insurance services to the Council (excluding brokerage services). The requirements shall be split into lots which are detailed in this notice. The Council shall be holding a pre-market engagement event around 30 October 2020. The pre-market engagement event shall take place via video conference and any interested tenderers should send details to: support@theriskfactor.com to ensure their inclusion in this event. Exact details will be released to interested bidders. It is envisaged that the contract will be let from 1 May 2021 for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of one (1) year(s) up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years. The estimated release date of the contract notice and documentation will be 15 November 2020. Insurance services — municipal property and ancillary coverage.
