Tender description
The Council are interested in forming a mental health and wellbeing alliance to lead, manage and co-ordinate a range of support and services across all parts of the County so that people can easily find information and advice and access the support that is right for them. The mental health and wellbeing alliance will specifically focus on reducing gaps in provision across the County, the stability and sustainability of support and services, reducing duplication and maximising efficiency as well as ensuring support and services are holistic and personalised. This procurement will be issued under Light Touch Regime for contracts for social and other specific services, Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs), and using a procedure analogous to Regulation 29 of the PCRs 2015 for competition with negotiation process.
