Tender description

The Environment Agency and Defra need to understand how resilience to flooding and coastal change is changing over time. The 25YEP included commitments to develop indicators which show changes in the resilience of communities that are at risk of flooding and coastal erosion over time and to track changes of the impacts of flooding and coastal erosion on people's lives.
