CMAL has a requirement for an astute and impartial person / company to be their Designated Person, as specified within the Port Marine Safety Code published by Department of Transport in November 2016 and detailed in A Guide to Good Practice on Port Operations – Prepared in Conjunction with the Port Marine Safety Code published in February 2018, and any further updated / amendments for the period of this contracts.
